GEO-82 is the adults-only lounge inside Spaceship Earth at EPCOT, in World Celebration. The location is the main attraction: you are literally spending an hour inside the EPCOT ball with elevated views over the park. We tried it to see whether the atmosphere, drinks and small plates justified using valuable EPCOT time on a reservation.

Worth It Rating

Overall: 6.9/10

❤️ Best for: Annual passholders, frequent EPCOT visitors, or adults with extra park time who want a stylish break

💰 Value: 5/10

✨ Experience: 8/10

🍽️ Food & drink: 6/10

🌐 Atmosphere: 9/10

⏱️ Worth using limited EPCOT time: No

💸 We’d pay for: One drink and the atmosphere, not a full food stop

❌ Skip it if: This is a rare EPCOT day or you only have room for one premium dining/lounge reservation

✅ We’d go back: Only to try it around fireworks time

THE VERDICT: Worth doing once if you have plenty of EPCOT time. If your time or choices are limited, skip GEO-82 and choose Space 220 instead.

What we ordered

I ordered the Zero-Proof A Walk Through the Garden for $17 and the Truffled Ahi Tuna for $21. The zero-proof drink uses Seedlip Garden 108, basil, fennel, lemon, orange bitters, celery bitters and bubbles. It was good and refreshing, but not something I would make a special trip back for.

The Truffled Ahi Tuna was okay, but for $21 I did not think the portion or food itself justified the price. The dish is served with barrel-aged Japanese whisky-soy-truffle ponzu, nori, sushi rice, daikon and black sesame seeds.

The best part: the atmosphere

This is where GEO-82 earns its recommendation. Sitting inside Spaceship Earth is cool, and the windows and elevated setting make the lounge feel distinctly EPCOT. The room itself is polished and adult, and it was the part of the experience I enjoyed most.

How hard was the reservation?

We were able to get a reservation within about a week, although the available times were limited. We stayed for roughly an hour, which felt like enough time for a drink, small plate and a break from the park.

Would we go back?

Not for a normal EPCOT visit, even with an annual pass. I would be interested in trying it around fireworks time because the setting could make that feel different. Otherwise, I am glad we tried it once and would spend our EPCOT time elsewhere next time.

GEO-82 or Space 220?

If you only have time for one, Space 220 is the easy choice for us. GEO-82 has a sophisticated atmosphere and the novelty of being inside Spaceship Earth, but Space 220 is far more immersive. You genuinely feel like you left EPCOT and went to space to eat or drink. For a visitor with limited vacation time, that is the more memorable Disney experience.
